Personal Training

Personal training is a one to one session or small group training session and is a great way of improving form, confidence, recovering from injury’s or wanting to push yourself to the next level.

 

Over the many years of experience I have planned and trained many clients all varying from men, women, beginners, intermediates and advanced.  I pride myself on offering that extra motivation that helps clients to push to their limits and hit their targets and goals. I have accomplished this by setting up a training blueprint that guarantees results with my clients.
