With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've dedicated myself to helping clients transform their bodies and lifestyles through personalised training and nutrition strategies at BH Fitness.
As a proud father of two boys, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to balance fitness goals with life's responsibilities. This experience has shaped my coaching approach, developing practical techniques that deliver consistent progress even when life gets hectic.
My versatile background includes training in bodybuilding, Hyrox, Pilates, HIIT, marathons, and hybrid methodologies. This diverse expertise allows me to create truly customised programs that address your specific goals while keeping workouts effective and engaging.
I practice what I preach, having improved my own marathon time from 4:09 to 3:16 in less than 18 months, a testament to the effectiveness of structured, progressive training. I'm currently developing a new 16-week Hyrox training program based on my latest research and experience.
I've spent years researching nutrition and attending seminars to understand how the body responds to different foods and training stimuli. This knowledge allows me to provide evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique physiology and goals.
