
Personal Training
Personal training is a one to one session or small group training session and is a great way of improving form, confidence, recovering from injury’s or wanting to push yourself to the next level. Over the many years of experience I have planned and trained many clients all varying from men, women, beginners, intermediates and advanced. I pride myself on offering that extra motivation that helps clients to push to their limits and hit their targets and goals. I have accomplished this by setting up a training blueprint that guarantees results with my clients.

My Training Blueprint
1.CONSULTATION
Every client receives a free consultation over the phone or in person. This helps me understand what training methods will work for you and helps in writing set goals to accomplish.
2.STRATEGY
We create a strategy that will help you achieve your goals, involving exercise and nutrition. A strategy that will deliver results while being realistic.
3.TRAINING PLAN
All my workout programs are custom made. I design and provide you with your own personalised workout plan to help you achieve your goals and keep you on track. The combination of my experience and the results of clients I have helped have allowed me to provide the best training methods for each client depending on their goal.
4.NUTRITION ADVICE, SUPPLEMENTATION AND GUIDANCE
“Abs are made in the kitchen”. This is not just a saying. Nutrition is really important if your going to complete your goal. I will provide macronutrient breakdown (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fats) for both your training and non-training days. I will provide meals examples for you to incorporate and a supplement list based on your goal. I will also help you understand what is the right foods to eat to aid your training plan.
5.COMMUNICATION
This is really important as I also communicate with my clients to make sure that they stay on track. If you need any advice or any questions answered I am always here to support you.
6. PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
The personal training session can be one to one sessions or group training sessions. These sessions are fun but also get the results you want!
7. RESULTS AND IMPROVE
You have accomplished your goal but you can always improve. This is where we will review and set new goals to make sure you are the best version of yourself.
